Description

2018 International Symposium on Water Resources System and Operations (ISWRSO 2018) will be held on October 12-14, 2018 in Beijing, China. ISWRSO 2018 will be hosted by China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research and Guangdong Academy of International Academic Exchange, co-organized by Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, Sichuan University, Hebei University of Engineering and Hohai University. 2018 International Symposium on Water Resources System and Operations (ISWRSO 2018)  is the parallel session of International Symposium on Water System Operations(ISWSO 2018), the attendees who performed well in ISWRSO 2018 will be recommended to attend the main symposium, ISWSO 2018.

ISWRSO 2018 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of water resources system and operations to a common forum. The primary goal of the symposium is to promote research and developmental activities in water resources system and operations, and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. An ideal platform for seeking global partners had been established. We sincerely invited you to attend the symposium to share views and experiences in water system operation and related areas.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted full papers will be published in Matec Web of Conferences (ISSN:2261-236X) and will be submitted to EI Compendex, CPCI-S and SCOPUS for indexing.

* The good papers of ISWRSO 2018 will be selected and recommended to the conference proceedings of the 1st International Symposium on Water System Operations (ISWSO 2018, hosted by International Association of Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research, undertaken by China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research).

3) Single reservoir/ Multiple reservoirs system operation (including water supply, flood control, power generation, water quality control, etc.)

7) Effects of climate change on water - energy system simulation

8) Climate change impact on reservoirs, including energy generation and demand, and related works

9) Integrated software and platform development

10) Strictest Water Resources Management System

11) River/lake chief System, One river/lake one policy

12) Registration of natural resources ownership

13) Water conservancy engineering security

14) Prevention and control of the flood and the drought

A. Full Paper (for Presentation and Publication) 

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings.

 

B. Abstract (Presentation only)

Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.
