Introduction

Energy and Electrical Engineering have witnessed remarkable growth and transformation in recent years, becoming integral to shaping the modern world. As societies strive for sustainability and technological advancement, the fields of energy production, distribution, and electrical engineering have evolved to meet these challenges. From the development of smart grids and renewable energy sources to the design of efficient power systems and devices, these disciplines play a crucial role in addressing global energy demands.

Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES), initiated in 2019, stands as a significant platform that resonates with this dynamic landscape. Co-sponsored by IEEE, PES, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Southwest University of Science and Technology (SWUST), Chengdu University of Technology, organized by School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, UESTC, AEEES fosters the exchange of ideas and advancements in the realm of energy and electrical engineering.

Collaborating with renowned institutions like China Electric Power Research Institute and supported by the technical expertise of Aalborg University (Denmark), University of Calgary (Canada), The University of New South Wales (Australia), and Wuhan University (China), AEEES has garnered a global reputation. The conference has grown into a yearly event, drawing over 1000 participants from around the world.

On behalf of the organizing committee, we are delighted to announce the upcoming 7th Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES 2025), scheduled to be held in Chengdu, China from March 28 to 31, 2025. This symposium serves as a crucial platform for researchers, professionals, and experts in energy and electrical engineering to converge, exchange insights, and propel the field forward.

We welcome all enthusiasts of energy and electrical engineering to join us in Chengdu, contributing to the dialogue that shapes the future of these critical domains. Your participation will not only enrich your knowledge but also contribute to the collective advancements that drive our world toward a sustainable and technologically empowered future.
