Introduction

You are invited to participate in The Second International Conference on Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and Mechatronics (EEETEM2016) that will be held in Las Piñas, Manila, Philippines on February 24-26, 2016. The event will be held over three days, with presentations delivered by researchers from the international community, including presentations from keynote speakers and state-of-the-art lectures.

All registered papers will be published in SDIWC Digital Library, and in the proceedings of the conference.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers. The published proceedings will be submitted for indexing in ResearchBib. In addition, they will be reviewed for POSSIBLE inclusion within the INSPEC, EI, DBLP, Microsoft Academic Research, ResearchGate, and Google Scholar Databases.

ALL registered papers will be published in one of the following special issues provided that the author do major improvements and extension within the time frame set by the conference and his/her paper is approved by the chief editor:

Guidlines

Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically. Full paper must be submitted (Abstracts are not accepted). Submitted paper should not exceed 15 pages, including illustrations. Papers must be without page numbers. All papers will be fully refereed by a minimum of two specialized referees. Before final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered. All registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings. SDIWC policy is to publish all the registered papers including the absent authors. However, it is highly recommended to do the presentation online through Skype or record a video and upload it to some media such as DropBox, Mediafire and alike.
