If the organizer published its cancellation policy, participants should obey policy of the event. Otherwise both organizer and participants should obey the following policy:
Registration Cancellation
Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Registration cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Substitutions of participants should get approved from the organizer.
Hotel Reservation Cancellation
The participant should undertake one-day fee for their hotel reservation cancellation. Deadline for hotel cancellation can not be later than 7 day before the conference day. After deadline, the cancelled will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund
Once organizer receive participant's cancellation, the refund should be paid in 45 days. Refund applicants will afford the service charge for the cancellation caused by their own reasons.
Conference Cancellation
If event cancelled, all fees paid by participants should be refunded. Participants will undertake the transaction fee.
