Big data is a data sets that are complex, voluminous, outsourcing cipher text. The cloud is one of the most effective approaches for big data storage and access. To verify the access legitimacy of a user and secure to update of cipher text in the cloud, new access policy is designated by the data owner. In traditional approaches completely ignores issues of access policy update or delegate the update to authority of third party. We propose a secure and verifiable access control scheme in the cloud based on the NTRU cryptosystem for big data storage. A new NTRU decryption algorithm will overcome the decryption failure. We can analysis the strength, correctness, security and computational efficiency. In our scheme cloud server is used to update efficiently in the cipher text. Then the new access policy specified the owner who is able to validate the update counter against the cheating behavior of the cloud. The data owner and eligible user effectively verify the legitimacy of the user accessing the data. A user validate the information provided by other user for correct plaintext recovery. In our scheme it indicates the rigorous analysis to prevent the eligible user from the cheating and resist various attacks such as collusion attack.
