The paper which combined with the monitoring data of Shenzhen subway shield project, modified the elastic and plastic model, and applied FLAC3D software to compare the diffences between the results. Besides, Based on the advanced model, the paper analysed the project’s largest settlement and provided the shield construction with optimized control measures.
