3-D Particle-in-Cell simulation of 650MHz CW Klystron for CEPC

The CEPC PROJECT in china requests new type of RF sources for the high power conditioning of the accelerating cavites.We are working on the development of a new kind of high efficiency CW klystron to fulfill this need,In this paper,with the help of a Three-Dimensinonal Particle in Cell simulation,design and optimization geometry of the structure is performed. In present work,the output CW power 850kW is achieved.the efficiency reaches 75%,whichi is operating at beam voltage and beam current is 80kV and 14A,respectively.
