Chiral organophosphorus play very important roles and are ubiquitous. They can be found in a wide range of nucleotides, pharmaceuticals, and phosphine-containing ligands. Therefore, the exploration and development of new asymmetric synthesis strategies to construct chiral phosphonic compounds with different structures has been one of the hot topics of organic synthesis. In recent years, our research group has been working on the synthesis of organic phosphine compounds, and developed some new strategies for chiral phosphine construction, including transition metal catalyzed kinetic resolution, asymmetric reductive cross-coupling, and phosphine oxygen-oriented asymmetric C-H functionalization. These new strategies provide a simple and efficient pathway leading to the relative chiral molecules.
