Abstract
In this paper, an optimization algorithm based on orthogonal regression statistical method is proposed to improve the material utilization and performance of a cylindrical linear generator. The method utilizes the uniform dispersion of orthogonal design to carry out experiments, and obtains the optimal solution through the regression statistical analysis of the test results. It can save a lot of optimization time and achieve multi-objective optimization on the basis of ensuring the optimization effect.
