Abstract
This paper introduces a fuzzy control algorithm of switched reluctance linear motor (SRLM). The fuzzy control is different from normal control algorithms which are based on the mathematical model. Due to the double salient structure of the switched reluctance motor and the frequent working in saturation, it is difficult to accurately model the switched reluctance motor. Fuzzy control does not require precise mathematical models, so it can effectively adapt to the nonlinear characteristics of SRLM. In order to improve the control accuracy and performance of fuzzy control, the fuzzy control algorithm proposed in this paper adopts two different membership function. For fuzzy control parameters, this paper introduces a parameter adaptive method to make the control quantity follow the given quantity more accurately. At the same time, by improving the commutation performance of the SRLM, it effectively reduces the electromagnetic force pulsation during the operation of the motor.
