[Abstract] Dual Energy Computed Tomography (DECT) has a more advanced post-processing technique and hardware system than traditional Single Energy Computed Tomography(SECT). Through the dual energy collection system, the energy spectrum characteristics, distribution and content determination of specific substances can be displayed. Currently, DECT is widely used in Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), including improving the appearance of tumors, diagnosing laryngeal cartilage invasion, reducing image artifacts and determining pathological lymph nodes.

双能CT在头颈部鳞癌的应用研究进展

摘要:双能CT(Dual energy computed tomography,DECT)较传统单能量CT(Single energy CT,SECT)有更高级的后处理技术和硬件系统,通过双能量采集系统,可以显示出物质的能谱特征、特定物质的分布及其含量的测定等。目前DECT在头颈部的应用非常广泛,主要是针对头颈部鳞状细胞癌(Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,HNSCC),包括改善肿瘤的显示、判断喉软骨侵犯、减少图像伪影及判断病理性淋巴结等。
