Abstract
精准治疗离不开精准诊断，医学影像学在临床诊治中起着至关重要的作用。然而，随着医学影像数据的大量积累及人眼评估的局限性，很多影像学信息未被充分识别。生物医学工程是一门新兴的学科，它综合了工程学、物理学、生物学和医学等理论与方法，为疾病的预防、诊断和治疗等提供服务。尤其是智能影像技术的应用，可以为临床影像诊断提供重要的信息与辅助。基于临床影像大数据，使用人工智能及脑科学领域前沿算法，从图像采集、图像分割、特征提取、可视化等多个层面进行研发和改进，能够挖掘出肉眼无法识别的深度影像信息；在此基础上，开发有效的智能影像诊断和分析系统应用于临床，从而提高影像诊断的整体效率和水平。
