2021 International Conference on Medical Imaging Physics and Engineering and the 10th National Annual Meeting of Medical Imaging Physics (ICMIPE 2021)

In recent years, the main way of HIV infection tends to be sexual transmission, especially concentrating on the gay men aged between 18 and 25 years old, which seriously endangers the labor productivity of the young and middle-aged people in China, bringing heavy economic burdens and social problems. Complications caused by immunodeficiency are the main reason affecting the quality of life. HIV associated neurocognitive disorders seriously affects the quality of life of AIDS patients and even life-threatening. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the current international research status, our team took the lead in establishing a large-sample, multi-center clinical longitudinal study cohort based on MRI and multiple heterogeneous data and a large-scale primate rhesus monkey animal model of SIV-mac239. To make up for and verify the results and design deficiencies of the basic research of clinical application, some progress has been made, and I feel happy to share.
