In order to solve the existing problems of excessive energy consumption, irrational use of various resources and environmental pollution in xuzhou rural housing. In this context, the rural area of Xuzhou is investigated, based on the research and analysis of xuzhou rural functional space demand, family structure and so on, the assembled modular research, comprehensive factors select light steel structure as the assembled rural residential structure, combined with the climatic characteristics of Xuzhou area, The light steel prefabricated foundation model suitable for the Design and research of near-zero energy consumption residential buildings in xuzhou rural areas is established. On this basis, the energy consumption simulation software Design Builder is used to analyze the factors affecting the energy consumption of the foundation model by range method and obtain data by orthogonal test method. Finally, Through the scheme design of xuzhou area near zero energy consumption light steel assembly type rural housing, this paper simulates and displays the research results of rural housing near zero energy consumption and light steel assembly type design strategy, and uses computer software to simulate its energy consumption, to verify its energy-saving effect.
