Abstract
社区废弃物精准分类、精准回收一直是城市治理、资源化利用的巨大瓶颈。运用互联网大数据平台对社区的废弃物建构数据库，社区居民废弃物精准投放、精准分类、运输、对接资源再生企业的行动方式，是废弃物精准治理创新模式需要考虑的系统问题。近年来，以徐州铜山区的居民社区作为研究对象，展开了无废社区废弃物治理创新模式的探索。提出了废弃物源头精准分类、投放终端分类识别与分时管理、废弃物分时转运、及时转运的废弃物物流管理体系构建，社区物业对废弃物分类的监控、分时转运的调度平台构建，以及构建针对具体各社区废弃物种类的数据库，从而实现废弃物精准治理创新模式。
