Abstract
Climate protection is also threatened by the Russia-Ukraine war, namely as a consequence of the resulting gaps in the supply of raw materials, which are needed for e.g. lithium-ion batteries. This war must therefore be a starting signal both for international access regulations for raw materials and for a global view of the security of supply with raw materials. In this respect, these are necessary elements of the climate protection requirement under Article 20a of the German Constitutional Law.
