Abstract
矿物浮选过程由人工观察浮选泡沫形态对生产工况进行判断，从而实现生产操作，存在信息感知不精确、调控自适应能力差等问题，造成我国有色金属选矿过程能耗物耗高、有价金属回收率低、精矿品位波动大等问题，亟需引入智能感知与优化方法实现其生产过程智能化。为此，本报告介绍将分布机器视觉引入浮选过程后如何助力智能化生产的，主要包括泡沫图像敏感特征选择、基于泡沫图像特征的金属品位预测、工况智能感知、智能优化控制及工业应用等几个方面。

Central South University中南大学教授、博士生导师，国家杰出青年基金获得者。长期从事复杂工业过程特别是有色金属生产过程智能控制理论、技术和工程应用研究，在国际知名期刊IEEE Trans. on Cybernetics、IEEE Trans. on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Trans. on Industrial Informatics、Journal of Process Control、Control Engineering Practice等期刊发表论文100余篇，出版学术专著3部。所研制的智能优化控制系统及自动化关键技术成功应用于铝土矿、铜矿、金锑矿等浮选过程及铜铝铅锌等有色金属冶炼过程，经济效益和节能减排效果明显，获国家及省部级奖励10项。
