Abstract
流化床浮选是近二十年来兴起的一种新型分离技术,在矿物领域已被证明具有良好的分离效果。本研究设计了一种基于流化和柱浮选技术相结合的新型装置——三相流化床浮选塔(TFC),以期在菱镁矿浮选中达到井选效果。本研究考察了TFC操作参数对不同粒径菱镁矿回收率的影响。实验结果表明,存在不同粒径菱镁矿回收的最佳参数条件。在这些条件下,观察到显着的 MgO 回收率。然而,超过此最佳极限的流化进一步增加会阻碍回收。此外,在存在矿物颗粒的情况下,使用高速相机检查了操作参数和床层对气泡尺寸分布的影响。在建立三相气泡尺寸的基础上探索了气泡加载方法。最后,在传统细胞颗粒承载模型的基础上,建立了TFC浮选承载力预测模型。该模型可准确预测承载能力。
