Cooperative Pattern Research on China-Vietnam Water Area Based on Vietnamese National Master Plan on Water (2021-2030) and the Five-Year Plan of Action on the LMC (2023-2027)

Based on the Vietnamese government first national master plan on water resources for the period 2021-2030 in December 2022, and the freshly released Five-Year Plan of Action on the LMC (2023-2027), this article aims at proposing cooperative pattern for the future China-Vietnam water resource cooperation, combining the characteristics of Vietnamese National Master Plan on Water (2021-2030) and the Five-Year Plan of Action on the LMC (2023-2027), and promoting China-Vietnam Water Resources Cooperation.
