The optimization design of electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is mainly based on coil structure and material skeleton optimization. In this paper, an optimal design scheme of electromagnetic repulsion mechanism based on magnetic control is proposed to improve the energy transmission efficiency of repulsion plate. Firstly, by designing a magnetic channel on the repulsion plate of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism, the Lorentz force distribution on the repulsion plate is more uniform and the energy transmission efficiency is improved. Then, the stress analysis of the optimized electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is carried out to observe the stress distribution of the easily broken parts of the structure. Finally, the mechanical life of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is improved by adding a slow force component in the contact part between the repulsion plate and the connecting rod.
