随着直流输配电技术的不断发展,人们对直流故障保护的关注度越来越高。直流断路器作为必不可少的保护装置,因其损耗低、运行速度快而被广泛使用。其中,Z 源固态直流断路器因其结构简单、响应迅速、无电弧分断等特点,成为直流保护的新选择。本文提出了一种新颖的双向 Z 源固态直流断路器拓扑。与传统的 Z 源直流断路器相比,新拓扑结构通过双向晶闸管器件实现双向能量流动,无需额外的检测和控制电路即可实现非极性能量流动,从而提高直流故障清除速度。详细分析了这种新拓扑的工作原理。最后,通过 MATLAB/Simulink 仿真验证了所设计的固态直流断路器的有效性。
