As the main way of mechanical key structure failure, micromotion wear constitutes a serious impact on its stability and reliability, in order to study the evolution process and coupling mechanism of wear morphology and stress field, a rough surface is established based on the two-dimensional W-M fractal function using Matlab and Geomagic Studio software, and at the same time, a numerical model of tangential wear is introduced based on the ABAQUS subroutine UMESHMOTION. Achard wear criterion to establish the numerical model of tangential wear, and analyze the wear amount, wear morphology and contact stress in the micro-movement contact region by changing the normal load F and displacement amplitude μ. The results show that the surface contact pressure increases and then decreases during the wear process, the initial wear is accelerated under the condition of large displacement amplitude, and the wear resistance and load stability of the material are better under the condition of small displacement amplitude. The increase of displacement amplitude aggravates the sliding and friction at the contact point, which leads to the increase of wear and the decrease of workpiece durability, and the contact center area becomes the main wear zone under high loads.
