This paper investigates and proposes a controllable static sealing ring structure designed for intelligent sealing applications. A stacked piezoelectric ceramic actuator is selected to modulate the deformation of the sealing face. By actuating the piezoelectric elements, the conicity of the static ring surface is dynamically adjusted. This study provides valuable insights into the real-time control of sealing performance, with the goal of preventing sudden sealing failures and extending the operational lifespan of sealing systems.
