Abstract
Dynamic vibration absorbers with additional permanent magnets are widely used for vibration suppression in the industrial field, but irrational structural design affects the electromagnetic performance of the absorber, and too low electromagnetic performance affects the amplitude of the driving force, thus making it difficult to effectively suppress vibration. In order to optimise the design of the permanent magnet power absorber structure, the average magnetic susceptibility of the air gap between the moving and static masses is increased, thus raising the upper limit of the electromagnetic performance. The theoretical derivation of the mechanical formula of the permanent magnet model, the design of the full factorial test and the evaluation of each structural parameter through simulation, and the application of the gradient descent method to find the optimal parameters of the structure are experimentally verified that the effect of the increase in effect before and after the optimisation is more satisfactory.
