Study on Pallet of Tobacco Industry Performance Degradation Detection Model

In this paper, we first introduce the background of pallet using in tobacco industry and sharing. The establishment of sharing system usually needs set of perfect detection index system to evaluate pallets. However, pallets cannot be repaired, the performance will only gradually decline until lose effectiveness. Currently, in china, almost all kinds of standards for pallets are access standards, and set parameters what the new pallet needs to follow, but lack of standards of pallets-out based on actual application environment. In this paper, we establish deterioration model based on the theory of Reliability Mathematics and data accumulated over the years of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co.,LTD. Eventually we calculate the reliability change – point to compensate for this deletion.
