With increasing aviation technology, puts forward higher requirements to aviation engine power than the major. Fuel injection micro hole machining accuracy has important influence on engine performance. But lower micro EDM milling controllability, electric parameters effect on machining accuracy is not clear. Therefore, the processing of high precision small hole is important. Studies have shown that electrical parameters can be improved by optimizing the milling precision micro EDM. Through multiple small thickness of layered improve deep hole machining straightness and cylindricity.
