This paper takes the jun porcelain kiln temperature data collected by thermocouple as the research object. MAX197 is used to change the analog signal to digital signal, AT89S52 is used as the controlling core. this system achieves kiln temperature data collection, A/D conversion, and displays the data in the upper machine, then uses the PID control algorithm to achieve jun porcelain kiln temperature real time monitoring based on LabVIEW,values the empirical data, select the appropriate PID parameters to achieve the best approximation of the fastest experience temperature. The operator interface is friendly and intuitive, has good practicability.
