Where the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to a colleague or another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

(a) Canceling more than 50 days before the event – 50% of the registration fees will be refunded
(b) Cancellations less than 50 but more than 40 days before the event – 25% of the registration fees will be reimbursed.
(c) Cancellations less than 40 days before the event- not eligible for a refund.

However, the registration category will be transferred to the virtual presentation category and will be available to review process, to receive a conference book and to the publication of the paper (Registration Package II).
