Introduction
The aim of the “International Conference on Innovations in Computer Science & Engineering (ICICSE-2017)”, is to provide a platform for researchers, scientists, technocrats, academicians and engineers to exchange their innovative ideas and new research findings in the field of Computer Science & Engineering till the end of 2017. The conference will boost excellent innovations in terms of day to day life and academics. The proceedings of the conference will unleash a package platform for innovative ideas into a single unit.
The first three conferences (ICICSE:2013, ICICSE:2014, ICICSE:2015) were major success with more than with 300 - 400 papers received from across the globe and more than 250 delegates from Indian states and other countries presenting their research papers /concepts. The fourth International Conference (ICICSE:2016) was conducted this year, It added a new feather on the conference cap by collaboration with Springer series to publish research papers. More than 200 papers were received from all over globe and research papers were published with a valid ISBN no, proceedings and special issues of journals of JICSE Vol 5(2), Vol 6(1) were released during the conference.

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference.
All submitted conference papers will be double blind peer reviewed Technical Program Committee. All accepted & Registered Papers will be published in Springer series,
Titled : “Lecture Notes on Networks and Systems”. The series "Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems" publishes the latest developments in Networks and Systems -quickly,informally and with high quality.
Original research reported in proceedings and post-proceedings represents the core of LNNS.
All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by three competent reviewers. All accepted & Registered Papers will be published in Springer series, Titled:"Lecture notes on Networks and Systems".
All other high quality papers will be considered for Special Sessions and those papers will be published in special issues of "Journal of Innovations in Computer Science and Engineering” (JICSE) with ISSN 2278-0947 with high impact factor.
Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address. Please double-check the paper size in your page setup according to Springer format.
Authors of accepted papers will be allowed to resubmit camera- ready papers after incorporating reviewers’ comments within the stipulated deadline. Authors of accepted papers have to register for the conference and personally present their paper(s) in the Conference
