7th Workshop on Quantum Many-Body Computation

It is a great pleasure to announce the 7th Workshop on Quantum Many-Body Computation, which will be held in Beijing from May 5 to 7, 2017. This workshop is organized by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) at International Conference Center, Yanqihu campus of UCAS, Huairou district, Beijing.

Continuing the great efforts of the six preceding workshops in the series held at Chongqing University (2011), Lanzhou University (2012), Sun Yat-Sen University (2013), Hubei University (2014), Shanghai Jiaotong University (2015), and Beijing Computational Science Research Center (2016), which attracted many experts, young researchers as well as graduate students, this workshop will focus on recent advances in fields of quantum many-body computation, including quantum Monte Carlo methods, renormalization group methods, tensor network methods, machine learning, etc. The workshop aims to provide young researchers and graduate students with introductory and updated research information, and promote exchange of ideas and in-depth discussions on a wide spectrum of forefront topics and enhance the interactions of researchers working in relevant areas. It is open to scientists and graduate students in related fields.
