he 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Information Technology Application (IITA 2009)

IITA is a leading International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology Application. IITA was started in 2007. The previous conferences were held in Zhangjiajie, China (2007), Shanghai, China (2008), Nanchang, China (2009). 2009 International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology Application (IITA 2009) was the third symposium in the annual series that started in Zhang Jiajie, China, during Dec. 2-3, 2007. IITA 2009 provides a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, university and industry to present their latest research findings in any aspects of intelligent information technology. This year, we especially encourage papers on machine learning, signal Processing, communication Systems, circuits and Systems etc. We also welcome papers that highlight successful modern applications of Intelligent Information Technology, such as Multimedia ,Bioinformatics, Power, Neural Systems, Control and so on .We are soliciting papers that present recent results, as well as more speculative presentations that discuss research challenges, define new applications, propose methodologies for evaluating and the roadmap for achieving the vision of information technology. 2009年第三届IEEE智能信息技术应用国际学术研讨会（IITA2009）将于2009年11月21日至22日在江西省南昌市南昌大学举行。IITA 2009 是由美国电气和电子工程师协会(IEEE)和美国电气和电子工程师协会电路与系统分会(IEEE CAS)重点支持的智能信息技术领域的国际学术研讨会,该会议已经进入IEEE 官方网站(http://www.ieee.org/web/conferences/search/index.html),会议号为15657, IITA 2009 是第三届会议,前两届分别于2007年,2008年在张家界和上海成功举行。每年参加会议人数200人。会议论文集由美国电气和电子工程师协会计算机分会编辑出版。
