Introduction
本次大会围绕“小学英语教学与教师发展研究”这一主题，将就儿童外语教学理论、教材与教法、教学评价、教学资源开发和小学英语教师培养与培训等多个专题进行学术交流和研讨，旨在推动我国小学英语课程改革的进程，促进小学英语教学研究的发展，介绍国内外小学英语教学领域的最新研究成果，也为与会的专家、学者和教育机构提供相互交流与合作的机会。 大会邀请了David Graddol（英国）、Richard Johnstone（苏格兰）、Wendy Arnold（英国）、Hans Mol（澳洲）、王蔷（中国）等国内外知名英语教育教学专家参会并作精彩的专题报告。
