Introduction
A special session will be organized for papers related to Optical Wireless Communications. Papers should describe original work and have a length of 5 pages in the IEEE double-column proceedings format including tables, figures, and references. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for publication in IEEExplore.
