2017 IEEE Vision on Nanorobotics

Micro-nano robotics is one of the key research directions of nanotechnology. Prof. Toshio Fukuda created the IEEE Nanotechnology Council and IEEE International Conference on Nanotechnology in 2000. During these 17 years, the micro-nano robots have been developed for manipulation and assembly of nano materials, fabrication of nano devices, measurement of single-cell and DNA, micro-nano gripers, and nano swimming robot. In this workshop we will review the funding time of IEEE Nanotechnology Council, and the IEEE view point of micro nano robotics.
