Description

The international Conference on Wireless Communications, Signal Processing and Networking (WiSPNET) technically sponsored by IEEE and IEEE ComSoc, MAS (Approval Pending), will be held at Electronics & Communication Engineering Department, Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering, Chennai-603110, India, from March 22 - 24, 2018, under the theme "Futuristic Wireless Mobile Communications Frontiers for Smart World". WiSPNET, shall provide a new forum for the world-class researchers to gather and share their research achievements, ideas and progress that is required to solve the future challenges that the Information Communication field face. In addition to a rich variety of regular technical sessions (Call for papers), the conference program will include plenary sessions and panel discussions featuring world-class speakers in the wireless technologies, invited special sessions covering the most recent topics under the above said conference theme. Special Sessions/Workshops: The conference also invites experts in the field to submit proposals for special sessions and half-day workshops that explore new and emerging trends in wireless communications with focus on industry applications and discuss areas not covered in the CFP.

Author guidelines

Transportation

1. Participants travelling by train or bus can get down at Tambaram station and take any of the following Route nos. from Tambaram to reach SSN College of Engineering:

Route nos.: 515, 115 - Tambaram to Mamallapuram
Route nos.: 555, 566, 55k - Tambaram to Thirupporur

A 40 minutes drive makes you to reach the conference venue. The bus stop is SSN College.

2. At the gate of Chennai Central Railway station, you can board a bus to Broadway. Normally all the buses entering the central station and stopping at the bay will go to Broadway bus stand. It takes 4-6 minutes to reach Broadway. From Broadway bus terminus, you can take any of the following route buses to Kelambakkam.

Route nos.: 102 and 102 A/C - Kelambakkam (frequent)
Route no.: 521 - Thirupporur (direct bus to college but limited timings)

A 40 minutes drive makes you to reach the conference venue. The bus stop is SSN College.

3. Those who are coming from north Tamil Nadu by bus can use any of the routes given below. At Koyambedu bus stand (CMBT) there are two systems – One is for moffusel bus and the other one for local bus.

From Koyembedu Moffusel bus Stand you can board the bus (Route no 119) to Kalppakkam/Mamallapuram, which goes via SSN College of Engineering.

For boarding local bus, you can look for one just outside the Koyembedu bus stand. You can board the bus (Route no 570 & 570s) to Kelambakkam. Both the buses cover the distance in about 1.30 hrs to 2 hrs depending on the traffic. From Kelambakkam, the participant can board any bus or share autos or trip vans going towards Thirupporur / Mamallapuram and get down at SSN college of Engineering.

4.  Participants can reach the venue by booking a prepaid taxi from Chennai airport (Domestic or International Terminal) to SSN College of Engineering which will cost around $20-25

Paper submission

At the time of submission, the authors are required to make sure that the PDF file and the Submission System registration page of a paper have the same list of authors. That is, please enter all authors in Submission System during the submission process. Failure to comply with this rule may lead to the withdrawal of your paper from the review process. Also, the author list of an accepted paper CANNOT be changed in the final manuscript.

For Participants

Papers will be reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are viewed very seriously and the IEEE will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice.

Publication

Submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the relevant field and accepted and presented papers will be published in the WiSPNET 2017 conference proceedings and in IEEEXplore®, which will be indexed by (INSPEC, IET), EI Compendex and Scopus.

Topics of submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit technical papers of their previously unpublished work. Detailed information about the electronic paper submission process can be found in the FOR PARTICIPANTS or PAPER SUBMISSION section. All presented papers will be published by the IEEE and included in IEEEXplore®, which will be indexed by (INSPEC, IET), EI Compendex and Scopus.
