Since the start of the 21st century, human society has progressively moved away from traditional modes of production and is now leaning towards digitalization at all levels. The digitalized society and economy requires new approaches to management that allow the facilitation of innovation and creativity. To take up the challenge that innovation and creativity pose to management and business, the Faculty of Management and Tourism, Burapha University, organizes this international conference under the theme:
Challenges of Creative and Innovative Management
The conference offers the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences of the entanglement of management and innovation. Hereby, innovation should be understood in a broad sense. It can refer to management innovations, the creation of a new approach to management, or the management of innovation, the managing of the process of creating new ideas and products. We invite scholars and practitioners alike to contribute their insight into innovation and creativity.
