Introduction
The Pacific-Rim Symposium on Image and Video Technology (PSIVT) is a high-quality series of symposium that aims to provide a forum to bring together researchers and practitioners who are being involved or are contributing to both the theoretical advances and practical implementations in image and video technology.
PSIVT 2017 is organized by the Central China Normal University Wollongong Joint Institute and National Engineering Research Center for E-Learning (NERCEL), Central China Normal University.
