44th Asia-Pacific Advanced Network Meeting

On behalf of the local APAN 44 Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome all delegates and guests to Dalian, China , for the 44th Asia-Pacific Advanced Network Meeting. This is the fourth time for China to host  APAN, previous meetings were in 2000, 2002 and 2007. It’s our great honour to host APAN44 in Dalian, a coastal city located in the northeastern part of China. The conference venue  is  Dalian International Finance Conference center, which is very famous for its natural landscape and good sightseeing. The hotel is tranquil, beautiful and surrounded by greenness. 

The wider APAN community is the largest  in Asia Pacific region for scholars, experts, teachers, and students to share  ideas and experiences of  Internet development globally,  to face the challenges, and to explore collaboration opportunities. APAN meetings are held twice per year and provide an excellent platform for network staff, academics and scientists to work together to promote national, regional and international Internet development. 

CERNET Center and the local host (Dalian University of Technology) will work closely with the APAN Program Committe and Secretariat to ensure  APAN44  a great success. You are also invited to taste delicious Chinese food, enjoy the city itself and have a good experience in Dalian.
