Introduction
Please submit a plain text abstract not exceeding 1000 words.
Note: There are two similar prompts on the submission page. The first is for keywords, which is not used by conference chairs but used by easychair's search engine. The second prompt (in the 'Other Information and Uploads' section) will be for topics,which are used in organizing the program. Speakers are highly encouraged to use the pre-defined topics, but you may also specify a custom topic in the text box at the bottom of the submission page.
Please, one talk per speaker.

STUDENT COMPETITION PAPERS
Students must first submit a short abstract due December 13, 2018. Follow the general submission guidelines above for this, but mark the checkbox that this is a student competition submission. Pdf versions of student papers are due January 10, 2018 and should follow the guidelines (e.g., page limit, template) found at http://grandmaster.colorado.edu/~copper/2018/student.html .
To submit pdf paper, login to easychair as an author, find your previously submitted abstract entry (you may need to click a my submissions tab), click on information, and then click at the add file (in the upper right corner). This will take you to your original submission entry where you can upload the paper.
