Special Session on Machine Learning, Data Mining and Big Data (MDB 2017)

Big Data and its applications of machine learning is one of the fastest growing areas in the technology industries. It has attracted significant investment and interest from both corporate and academic researchers alike, with many fruitful collaborations. These efforts has resulted in the development of specialized models and techniques for practical applications as well as general advances in machine learning and related areas of computer science. The Special Session on Machine Learning, Data Mining and Big Data aims to exchange ideas and research in general data mining and machine learning as well as specific domains. We invite original papers which have not been published or under consideration for publication in any other journal or conference.
