Introduction
为了促进岩石力学与工程地质基础研究与国际交流合作，绍兴文理学院拟举办“国际岩石力学与工程地质绍兴论坛”（Shaoxing International Forum on Rock Mechanics and Engineering Geology）（简称绍兴论坛，SXFRG）。 绍兴论坛由绍兴文理学院发起和承办，国际岩石力学学会、国际工程地质与环境协会、国家自然科学基金委员会地学部、中国岩石力学与工程学会、中国地质学会工程地质专业委员会、Bulletin of Engineering Geology and the Environment以及Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering联合主办。 绍兴论坛每两年举办一次，邀请本领域国内外知名专家组成学术委员会，并参与交流与讲座，会址基本固定在浙江省绍兴市。绍兴论坛开放办会，不收注册费。 第一届绍兴论坛将于2017年10月28-30日举行，聚焦“一带一路”的岩石力学及工程地质问题。本期论坛特邀中方代表18人，外方代表14人做报告，包括国际岩石力学学会、国际工程地质与环境协会领导人在内的多位著名专家应邀出席。
