The organizational, technological and societal changes of today's cities are driven by their desire to be part of the response to climate change. The term Smart City, refers to a city using information and communication technologies (ICT) to "improve" the quality of life of citizens and urban services or reduce its costs. Each city may develops its own vision of a smart city. Author guidelines
The organizing committee of IC-AIRES2018 invites the submission of scientific papers on original, substantial, and unpublished research in all aspects of basic and applied research.
IC-AIRES2018 submissions must describe unpublished work. Wherever appropriate, clear evaluation and analysis should be included within the submitted papers.
Submissions will be judged on clarity, originality, replicability, correctness, meaningful comparison, and contributions to research resources. Each submission will be reviewed internally and externally. Internally by at least one scientific committee member, if the submission is found suitable then it will be sent to a program committee member for the blind peer review process in which two reviewers will evaluate the research.
