Introduction

The Second International Conference on Computing and Network Communications (CoCoNet'18) will be held on August 15-17, 2018, Astana, Kazakhstan. Astana, the capital and the second largest city in Kazakhstan has modern futuristic architecture and some of the world's largest building projects, as well as museums, amusement parks, and a beautiful nearby lake area. The conference is hosted by Nazarbayev University, a modern and rapidly developing university located in the heart of Eurasia – Astana.  The conference is technically co-sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Communications Society.

The objective of CoCoNet'18 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Computing and Network Communications. The material is presented in a program of technical sessions, panel discussions, symposiums, tutorials, posters, demos, exhibits, workshops, doctoral consortium, lightning talks and plenary/keynote talks. Submitted papers will be reviewed by the technical committee of the Conference. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
