Paper submission
The participants are invited to submit their full papers to IEEE Xplore. The reviewing process is going to be performed by Scientific Committee. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.
Papers must be submitted via the EDAS Paper Processing System. If you have not used EDAS before, you must create an account first. See EDAS Instructions for Authors. Paper title, keywords and abstract must be provided upon registration. Manuscript can be uploaded later. Link to paper submission is here.
Papers shall be between three (3) and four (4) pages in length.
Instructions on how to prepare your manuscript:
Download the IEEE Xplore manuscript template (A4 format), available here.
Prepare your manuscript.
Use IEEE PDF eXpress tool to generate an IEEE-compliant PDF file. Use conference ID 42837X.
Log on to EDAS and sign the copyright form as instructed below.
Upload your IEEE-compliant PDF file to EDAS.
Copyright form
An electronic copyright form must be completed for each paper. After you have created your submission entry, please click a "+" sign next to the "Copyright form" in EDAS. Then, hit the "IEEE Copyright Submission" button. That will take you to the IEEE copyright system. Follow the instructions provided in IEEE copyright system in order to complete a form.
Publication
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
Proceedings will be submitted for accreditation on publication in the Thomson Reuters ISI (WoS) Conference Proceedings Citation Index. Please note that this process can take several months.
The IEEE Xplore digital library is your gateway to trusted research—journals, conferences, standards, ebooks, and educational courses—with more than 4 million articles to help you fuel imagination, build from previous research, and inspire new ideas.
Participation without publication
If you would like to participate in the conference without publishing any papers, please go to the EDAS submission pageand submit a blank paper in the Participation without publication track. The appropriate track is already chosen if you use this link. You can leave the "Paper abstract" field blank. Please note that you still must have an EDAS account in order to submit your participation.
