Toward the Most Efficient Way of Making and Dealing with Future Electrical Power System and Big Data Analysis.

Welcome to the 2nd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICon EEI) 2018. The 2nd ICon EEI is organzied by Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Riau which is the largest Public University (State own) in Riau Province, Indonesia. We are happy to announce that the 2nd (ICon EEI) 2018 will take place on 16 – 17 October 2018 in Batam, Indonesia.

The main goal of the conference is to provide a forum and to bring together academicians, professionals, and governments in the fields of electrical power system, electronics, telecommunication engineering, control engineering, informatics, computer engineering, information technology and other Electrical Engineering and Informatics domains in order to learn about the latest developments in the research findings and share experience and ideas how we can all work together to deal with future electric system and big data analysis challenges in the most efficient way.

Guidlines

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full papers for review. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.

Technical Papers must be submitted via the EDAS Paper Processing System.

During the initial paper submission process via EDAS, the authors are required to make sure the pdf file and EDAS registration page of a paper have the same list of authors and the paper title. Be certain to add all authors in EDAS during the submission process. Failure to comply with this rule and your paper may be withdrawn from the review process. Once reviewed the listing of authors connected to the paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.

The format for the manuscript must satisfy the following requirements:

  1. Manuscript must be in English
    The manuscript must follow IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The maximum manuscript length is 6 (six) pages. All figures, tables, references, etc. are included in the page limit.
  2. Papers must be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF) format.
  3. Authors MUST submit their papers electronically using EDAS. The submission process involves the following three steps:
    Step One: Creation of a personal account on EDAS (if the author does not already have one) www.edas.info
    Please makes sure the data of tittle, name, and affiliation is correct for all authors.
    We will use your data in EDAS for name tag,program book, proceeding, etc.
    Step Two: Submit your papers using the following EDAS Submission Links:  http://edas.info/N24664Note: Be certain to provide information for ALL AUTHORS including affiliation and country when you register the manuscript. Authors cannot be added after the paper is reviewed.
    Step Three: Upload of the papers in pdf format. The maximum length of final manuscript is 6 (six) pages.
