Introduction
The Kleinheubacher Conference is the German forum of the URSI for the presentation of new findings and developments in the field of radio sciences and adjacent fields. At the annual conference, scientists from the most diverse fields of activity in the field of electromagnetic fields and waves, telecommunications, related systems and components as well as signal processing are invited to present and discuss their research results.
