Introduction
The 22nd National Network and Data Communication Conference (NDCC2018), sponsored by the Chinese Computer Society, co-organized by the Network and Data Communication Committee of the Chinese Computer Society, and hosted by the Southeast University, will be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu, from November 2nd to 4th, 2018. Held. The conference will carry out in-depth and extensive academic exchanges on the latest research progress and development trends in the theory and technology of network and data communication, and invites prominent experts and scholars to make a conference report. During the conference, a network new technology summit will also be held.

Instructions for Authors
- The content of the submission should highlight the author's innovative results. It has more important academic value and application value. It has not been published or read in publications or conferences that are publicly released at home and abroad.
- The linguistic requirements of the dissertation are Chinese, and the number of words generally does not exceed 6,000 words. The format of the dissertation refers to the Journal of Computer Science, and manuscript submissions are in the form of pdf files.
- Please attach the first author’s name, gender, title/title, affiliation, mailing address, postal code, contact telephone number and email address at the end of the manuscript and indicate the area to which the paper belongs.
- The accepted paper must have at least one author attending the conference and speaking, otherwise the disqualification of the dissertation in the journal shall be eliminated.
