Guidlines

Instructions for the preparation of reports
1. Reports can be submitted in Kazakh, Russian or English according to the  template  .

2. Reports are sent to conf2018@ipic.kz before July 30, 2018.

Dear colleagues! We draw your attention: the editorial board of the collection reserves the right to exclude reports that do not meet the requirements in the collection.

The volume of the report is 5-16 pages.

3. The file name of the report should contain only Arabic numerals and Latin letters: Section number. Surname of the author (first co-author!) With initials. Title of the report (abridged) in translit. For example: 1. Ivanov AF Izmerenie soprotivleniya.doc

4. To prepare the report, use the Microsoft Word text editor and the Times New Roman font

 

Page settings

Paper size - A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm)

Fields: upper - 2 cm; the bottom - 2 cm; the left one - 2.5 cm; right - 2.5 cm

The material of the report should be stated in the following sequence:

Title (title of the report)

The title should be typed in capital letters in bold type (font size - 14 pt) and aligned in the center. Please note that there is no dot at the end of the title!

Surnames and initials of authors

FULL NAME. authors should be typed in lower case. In the event that the report has more than one author, then the name. authors are written consecutively through a comma.

The font is bold, the font size is 14 pt, the alignment is centered.

Names of the organization and country

The names of the organization and the country should be typed in lower case.

The font is italic, the font size is 13 pt, the alignment is centered.

 

Annotation

A summary of no more than 10 lines should summarize the subject of the report and the main conclusions contained therein.

Font - italics, font size - 12 pt.

Formatting by justification on the width of the page.

 

Text of the report

The font size is 12 pt, the line spacing is single, the red line is 1 cm.

Formatting by width-alignment.

 

Formulas

Formulas are typed in the MathType or Equation editor.

Number the formulas on the right.

 

Illustrations

Drawings are placed within the working field. Signed by the picture. The formatting of the name and number of the drawing is normal font, 11 pt in size, center alignment, single spacing. After the picture is signed, a space is placed before the next text. At the end of the title of the picture, the dot is not put!

 

Tables

The tables are placed within the working field. Numbering the table on the left. Table name in the center (font - italics, size - 12 pt.)

Page numbering and headers and footers

Do not use headers or footers. The page numbering is done at the bottom of the center, starting from the 1st page.

 

References

In the text references to literature and sources are made as follows:

The text of the report ... the text of the report ... [1].

Hyperlinks are only used for materials from the Internet.

 

Bibliography

The list of literature is placed at the end of the report. The font size is 12 pt., The formatting is aligned to the width of the page.

Surname and initials of the author / authors (italicized), title, output, including the name of the publishing house.

To the letter it is necessary to attach a file-application, which should contain: 1) Full name of the authors; 2) place of work of authors, position; 3) the form of participation - full-time or part-time; 4) the title of the report; 5) the preferred form of the report: plenary, sectional, poster; 6) e-mail. The Organizing Committee reserves the final decision on the form of the report, the manuscripts are not returned.
