Introduction
The International Conference on “Cognitive IoT with Big data Cloud” (ICCIBC 2018) aims to bring together National/International researchers and disseminate state-of-the-art research related to CIoT on designing, building, and deploying novel cognitive computing, services and technologies, to enable smart IoT applications.
