The biennial International Conference on Cybernetics (CYBCONF) provides a premier international forum for researchers and practitioners to report the latest innovations, summarize the state-of-the-art, and exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of Cybernetics. Apart of the main track it includes special sessions and plenary talks by invited eminent speakers.
CYBCONF-2019 is organized by University of Chinese Academy of Science (UCAS), sponsored byIEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society (SMC), and supported by IEEE SMC Technical Committees on Social and Economic Security and IEEE Systems Council Analytics and Risk Technical Committee. CYBCONF-2019 will be hosted in Beijing, the capital city of China and provides the county with a central base for education, medicine, religion, commerce, and culture. The conference will be held in Yanqi Lake Campus of the UCAS near the famous Yanqi Lake which means the wild geese habitat in Chinese. This area becomes nowadays the new center of High-end scientific innovation following the development of the Huarou science city.
Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to CYBCONF-2019. All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore. The authors of selected best papers will be invited post conference to extend their contributions for special issues of prestigious journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics.

Papers must be submitted online via Easychair system (to be updated).
Papers must be prepared at the highest level of quality for inclusion in the conference proceedings. All papers must be: written in standard English and prepared in compliance with the paper formatting template. The review process is single-blind, i.e. author(s) cannot see the reviewers.
Preparation of papers:
Page Limit: The maximum page limit is 6 inclusive of figures and tables. Please note that CYBCONF 2019 offers the option to buy up to two extra pages for submission (for the cost look here).
Language: The official language for the conference is English. Less than satisfactory English usage may form the sole basis for rejection of a paper and omission of any such final paper version from the conference proceedings. Authors whose native language is not English are encouraged to check their papers for proper English spelling and grammar using tools such as English grammar checkers available with most word processing application software. Alternatively, proofreading support from a native English-speaking colleague or technical editor may suffice.
